All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are unavailable.

We take reasonable steps in the preparation and maintenance of this Website to ensure that all prices quoted are correct at time of publishing, and that the descriptions of our products are fair and accurate. However, we do reserve the right to decline any order where there has clearly been a material error, or where there is an inaccuracy or omission in the price and/or description of any of our products and/or services as displayed or advertised on the Website.

All prices displayed include VAT and are exclusive of delivery charges ie. the price displayed is the price you pay, excluding delivery.

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Maestro and Switch. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is placed. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise products will not be dispatched. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

Transactional information includes any credit or debit card details, your personal contact information, together with any other names and addresses you provide when you place an order for delivery to another address, and your purchasing history.

Perfect Skin Direct anticipate that you will be delighted with your purchase/s. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement, on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods. Provided products are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Please note that Perfect Skin Direct will only refund the cost of products being returned, however not the Postage and Packaging Costs.

All products are mailed to you within 24 hours Monday to Friday of placing your. We use Royal Mail to mail all our parcels. The services utilized are Royal Mail First Class Post, First Class Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery. When your order is dispatched we will e.mail you to inform you of which method has been used to mail your parcel. Please note that Royal Mail has a policy that First Class Post can take up to 15 days to deliver, although most are delivered within 2 days. We are unable to submit a claim to Royal Mail for parcels that have gone astray until 15 working days have expired.
